Implementation Challenges: Demolition and renovation in a three-story building with a concrete frame and the initial implementation of the building with building materials that were very time-consuming and difficult to demolish, and the large amount of building debris that was created after the demolition.

Design Challenges: identifying and categorizing the life activities of a family and dividing and categorizing them into 4 separate patterns in a way that all spaces and floors are maintained in a functional and logical connection.

Dominant Idea: functionalism of residential spaces, easy living in an intimate space
